Brian Graham was born in Glasgow in 1987 and began his career with Hillington FC before joining Greenock Morton in 2006. He made his debut for the club against Forfar Athletic but was loaned to East Stirlingshire in 2008. Brian made over 60 appearances for the Greenock before moving to Raith Rovers in 2011 where he scored 11 goals in his first season and 28 in his second with Raith finishing 6th in the First Division.

Before the last game of the 2012/13 season, Brian was unveiled as a Dundee United player signing a two-year deal as Jon Daly left the club. He was mainly used as a substitute in his first season, with 23 of his 36 appearances coming from the bench and he found himself loaned out to St Johnstone for the majority of the 2014/15 season.

Brian left Dundee United at the end of the season and went onto join Ross County where he started in the 2016 Scottish League Cup Final victory over Hibernian, which gave County their first-ever piece of silverware. He began the 2016/17 season in fine form, scoring in all four of Ross County's group stage matches in the reformatted League Cup but he was released by the club after one premiership game despite having a year left on his contract.
