Defender Fenwick made his debut for Canada in a friendly match against Holland in June 1994. The defender went on to earn a total of 33 caps.

Paul Fenwick was born in London but went on to represent Canada 33 times over a 10 year spell, winning his first cap in 1994 against Holland. His professional career in Scotland started in 1995 with Dunfermline. Thereafter he moved to St Mirren where he stayed for three years, before joining Renfrewshire arch rivals Greenock Morton.
He had a short spell on loan with Raith Rovers before eventually joining Hibs in 2000. Despite the latter days of his time at Easter Road being spent in the "wilderness" he surprisingly made 84 appearances for Hibs scoring 4 goals. In 2002 he played at Easter Road for Canada in a 3-1 defeat.
